I’m not sure what you’re confused about. I made it pretty clear throughout the article that the people suffering from suicidal ideation find it to be a last-resort way to claim autonomy from societal pressures.
Regarding your comment about weak minds: While we can all benefit from building stronger minds, the point of this article was to foster sympathy and compassion for the people who suffer from suicidal ideation. It’s not like they’re inherently weak of mind.
