Yes, thanks for the correction. I was focusing on K-pop stars of Korean descent since the ones we lost were of Korean descent. But even going back to 2nd Gen there have been non-Korean members like Amber in f(x).

There has been some conversation about how K-pop stars that are not of Korean descent should still feel free to identify as Korean since they spent so much time in Korea, living in Korean society, the way I identify as American even though I’m of Korean descent.
